Thu, December 15, 2005 - 10:11 PMI'll bring a trampoline...
This is nothing new. We contend with this year after year whether it is an official theme or not. Yes, this one gave me that 'arg' feeling, but remember, if we won't be Jesus to our friends there, then who will be?
Flipside...year 6 for me. -

Re: Flipside Theme
Fri, December 16, 2005 - 9:20 AMI love it because it creates such a fertile ground for real dialogue. There is so much anger at the church. I say let out. Lets talk abou tthe tradition itself and noto just the abuses of it. -

Looking for place to camp....
Mon, August 21, 2006 - 9:00 AMHey Peeps, I've decided (just yesterday) that I really WANT to go to the Burn this year! I need it badly. It's been a year of ups and downs, with plenty of tests in faith, etc. The Burn seems to be the thing to help me get my head back on straight if you can believe it? I'd love to camp some place different this year. In the past I've camped with Starlight drive in and the Church of Wow. Any suggestions? Anyone looking for another camp member or someone to ride share up there with? Let me know! -

Re: Looking for place to camp....
Wed, August 23, 2006 - 10:20 AMBrittain,
Conexus (2:00 and Brave) is where I'm camping this year. They've closed registration, but you MIGHT be able to sneak in if you ask them nicely, and mention that I invited you. Check in at www.conexusvillage.org for details.
This year, Conexus is constructing a FULL-SIZED CATHEDRAL on the Playa. And yes, we'll be having Christian Services early Sunday morning, co-hosted by Yours Truly. (I posted a notice about this on the Tribe, but for some reason it got deleted.)
Hope you can join us all on the Playa!
Blessings in His Name,
Mikal
